Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our high-energy team and help us expand our footprint in Mumbai. In this hybrid role, you’ll balance both field and office-based work, giving you the freedom to explore, build connections, and grow with us.
You’ll be the key player in driving Shuddha Space’s sales forward, forging strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers, and most importantly – making an impact!
What You’ll Be Doing
🔑 Sales & Business Development
Hunt for new business opportunities and connect with wholesalers, retailers, and institutional buyers in Mumbai.
Nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients and maintain a customer-first mindset.
Drive the sales of premium, high-quality products – spices, dry fruits, and nuts – with energy and enthusiasm.
Meet and exceed targets while strategizing and executing winning sales plans.
🔍 Market Research & Customer Engagement
Know your customer: Understand their needs, challenges, and desires to offer tailored solutions that blow them away.
Take to the streets (and stores!) to explore new opportunities, observe market trends, and keep our brand visible and strong.
Keep an eye on the competition – be the expert on market insights, pricing trends, and competitor strategies.
Get involved in promotional events and trade shows, where you’ll have the chance to showcase our products and meet potential buyers face-to-face!
📝 Negotiation & Order Management
Seal the deal: Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements that are beneficial for both Shuddha Space and our clients.
Be the go-to for inquiries, quotations, and order processing – ensuring smooth and timely fulfillment.
Collaborate with logistics and accounts teams to guarantee on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
Solve problems quickly and efficiently – ensuring that our clients always leave with a smile.
📊 Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track your wins and learnings by keeping accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Prepare regular sales reports to keep the management team updated on your performance.
Provide valuable feedback on customer trends, market shifts, and new opportunities for growth.
